High Frequency Heating

High-frequency heating is a scientific and environmentally friendly and efficient drying method. It is especially suitable for wood drying with large cross-sections of hardwoods. Because the high-frequency heating heats the wood uniformly, the core of the wood is far from the surface and the water is not easily discharged. With a pressure gradient, the core pressure is high, and the pressure in the core forces the moisture along the fiber to the surface or the end of the wood, so that the temperature of the tip and the wood surface is much lower than the core, and  high-frequency drying is combined with vacuum conditions, the lower boiling point of the water is mainly used in the vacuum state, so that the wood can be kept dry at a relatively low temperature, and is particularly suitable for the drying of wood, such as hardwood or expensive wood, where cracking occurs at a slightly higher temperature.

Small Autoclave Machine was Exported to Myanmar

Small autoclave machine is also an industrial autoclave or composite autoclave. It is an autoclave with a diameter of less than 1000 mm. Brazil Customer Make Order of Torispherical Heads

Torispherical heads （also called torispherical tank heads or torispherical dish ends）is a kind of dished head, the material is often carbon steel, stainless steel and other alloy steel.

Our Brazil customer is the project manufacturer, she needs torispherical heads to produce vapor recovery system, and she provided the drawing of torispherical heads, our dished head engineer calculated the weight of the torispherical tank heads according to the drawing, we provided two opinions, she was very satisfied with our service, and her boss will visit our factory.

Preparation of Spinning of Torispherical Heads

①Check whether the blank material, marking and blank specifications are consistent with the process flow inspection card.

②The blank weld and the edge must be rigorously ground and flush with the base metal.

③According to the technical procedure, the mold should be correctly selected, and the flanger should be adjusted. The pressure wheel trajectory curve is consistent with the corresponding forming wheel.

④Test the machine for a few minutes before spinning, confirm that the mechanical, cold-pressing system and electrical system are in good condition, in order to prepare for spinning.

Drum Pressing

①The pressure of the drum should be as small as possible for a given thickness of material to avoid thickness reduction and cracking of the blank. It is recommended that the drum force be controlled at 5-15mpa and the maximum should not exceed 20mpa.

②The pressure drum should be deep, not shallow, and should be avoided too deep. In addition, pay attention to the smoothness of the surface, and finally use the sample to strictly accept the sample.

Flanging

①Control the arcing point and the amount of flanging.

②Flip back and flex according to proficiency.

③Cracks occur at the edge of the dished head during the burring process, and should be stopped for repair. If the edging of the head is continued, the wrong side will be generated.

④Strictly measure the outer circumference and control the range of positive and negative deviations.

Elliptical Cap was Exported to Indonesia on December

Elliptical cap is one part of industrial autoclave,oil storage tank,boiler. It is widely used for industrial autoclave,oil storage tank,boiler and other pressure vessel.

On 27th to 28th April. 2017, Indonesia customers came to our factory to visit. They visited our elliptical cap factory. They mainly visited our steel material, welding material room, laboratory, inspection room, workshop, technical department, office. After the visit, they were very satisfied with our factory and purchased a number of elliptical cap.

On 3rd,December,2017. elliptical cap exported to Indonesia.This was the second order from this Indonesia customer.

This order elliptical cap diameter is two sizes 810 mm, 1424 mm. Thickness is 19 mm and 22 mm,every size quantity is 2 pieces.

It is used for boiler to our customer. Because diameter size 810 mm and 1424 mm are not regular size.Our mold sizes are 800 mm and 1400 mm,so we made new mold for customer. According to customer’s request, we made groove on the elliptical cap edge. For better quality, we made sand blasting on elliptical cap surface.It let our products more better in appearance.

British Customer Visited Our Horizontal Autoclave Machine

Horizontal autoclave machine (also called industrial autoclave or autoclave industrial) is a large-volume, heavy-weight, quick-opening pressure vessel. The horizontal autoclave machine consists of a reaction vessel, a stirrer and a conventional system, a cooling system, a safety device, a heating furnace and the like. According to the process requirements, there are two types of autoclaves with and without agitator. The former structure is the same as the mixing equipment.

A British customer visited our Horizontal autoclave machine factory in September 2018. He visited the production environment of our factory and the working process of horizontal autoclave machine. He is very satisfied with our equipment and services. After that, he discussed some details with us and decided to sign a contract with us of horizontal autoclave machine.

Specifications of Horizontal Autoclave Machine

1. The kettle body and the kettle lid are made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel. The kettle body is connected with the flange through the thread. The kettle lid is a positive flat plate cover. The two are tightly connected by the circumferentially evenly distributed main bolts and nuts.
2. The main sealing port of the horizontal autoclavemachineadopts A-type double-line sealing, and the other sealing points adopt the sealing form of the arc surface and the line contact of the plane, the arc surface and the circular arc surface, relying on the high precision and smoothness of the contact surface,which is good sealing effect.
3. The outside of the horizontal autoclavemachineis equipped with a barrel-type silicon carbide core, and the electric furnace wire is inserted into the furnace core, and the end of the furnace is threaded through the lower part of the furnace shell, and the rubber sleeve cable is connected to the controller through the connection stud.
4. The lid of the horizontal autoclavemachineis equipped with a pressure gauge, a rupture membrane safety device, a vapor-liquid phase valve, a temperature sensor, etc., so that it is easy to know the reaction situation in the kettle at any time, adjust the proportion of the medium in the kettle, and ensure safe operation.
5. The coupling is mainly composed of a pair of inner and outer magnetic rings with strong magnetic force, and there is a pressure-bearing spacer in the middle. The agitator is driven by a servo motor through a coupling. By controlling the speed of the servo motor, the purpose of controlling the stirring speed can be achieved.
6. The upper part of the spacer is equipped with a speed measuring coil. When the integrated agitator and the inner magnetic ring rotate, the speed measuring coil generates an induced electromotive force. The potential corresponds to thestirring speed, and the potential is transmitted to the tachometer to display the stirring. Rotating speed.
7. A cooling water jacket is installed between the magnetic coupling and the kettle lid. When the operating temperature is high, the cooling water should be passed, and the temperature of the magnetic steel is too high to demagnetize.
8. The bearing adopts 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel bearing or high-strength electrochemical graphite, which is resistant to wear and has a long maintenance period.
