Compressed air tank (also called gas storage tank) is one of the our hot sale pressure vessel products, specially designed to store compressed air while stabilizing system pressure, avoiding frequent loading and unloading by air compressors and removing most liquid water. According to the pressure of compressed air tank, it can be divided into high pressure gas storage tank, low pressure gas storage tank and atmospheric pressure gas storage tank. According to the material of gas storage tank, it can be divided into carbon steel gas storage tank and stainless steel gas storage tank.

In early January, we received an inquiry of compressed air tank from Korea, the customer gave the detailed drawing, regarding the material we give suggestions and quote in accordance with the drawing, the compressed air tank is used to store a mixture of nitrogen and helium gas, after repeatedly technical communication, the customer satisfied with our program and service, at the end of February we signed the contract and the smooth delivery of the goods at the end of April.

Vacuum tank Equipment also called high pressure reactor or high pressure vessel, it’s a large and heavy pressure vessel, which equipped with tank body, tank cover, jacket, transmission, shaft sealing device, PLC display device, and support.

We received an inquiry from Fujian customer in March, they need to purchase a vacuum tank Equipment for the deep processing of new materials. According to customer requirements, our engineers designed scheme in accordance with the standards. Then the Fujian customer visited our pressure vessel factory, after negotiation, the customer was very satisfied with the design plan, and signed contract with us.

The Process of Vacuum Tank

First check the state of the vacuum tank, either under vacuum or in the atmosphere.Two procedures for starting the high pressure reactor are determined: the first is the operating procedure under vacuum. Second, operating procedures in atmospheric conditions.

1. If the vacuum tank equipment is in a low vacuum state, do not immediately open the gate valve to avoid the backflow of vacuum oil.The correct procedure is to first turn on the faucet, then turn on the mechanical pump and the vacuum meter power supply to observe the reading of the vacuum meter.
2. If the vacuum tank equipment is under the atmosphere, the first thing to do is to check for big leakage, that is, close the door of the tank and the vent valve.Then turn on the faucet, gate valve, mechanical pump, gauge power supply, watch the gauge reading, turn on the molecular pump, press the start button.
3. When the molecular pump works normally and the working frequency is stable, press the start key of the ionization meter unit in the vacuum meter to observe the vacuum degree.
4. The ion pump can be opened when the vacuum reaches -0.1mpa, and the gate valve at the molecular pump can be closed first.
5. If there is no need to maintain a vacuum, first turn off the vacuum meter power supply, and then just close the gate valve of the ion pump. Instead of closing the ion pump, keep the internal environment of the ion pump in the working state.

The laboratory autoclave (also called laboratory composite autoclave) is a small autoclave for carbon fiber.
