Aerated Concrete Block Autoclave Will Be Exported to Cambodia

Aerated concrete block autoclave (also called AAC autoclave or autoclave for AAC blocks) is a large, heavy-duty pressure vessel and key equipment to fabricate autoclaved aerated bricks and aerated concrete. AAC autoclave is widely used in autoclaved curing of concrete materials such as aerated concrete block concrete pipe pile, lime sand brick, coal ash brick, microporous calcium silicate board, heat preservation asbestos board and high strength gypsum.

In the earlier of 2018, one of our customers from Cambodia sent us an inquiry of aerated concrete block autoclave. They needed to build an AAC plant with 4 sets of industrial autoclaves. They visited our company during August and were satisfied with our factory and manufacturing process and standard, so they signed sales contract with us and placed the order.

Features of Aerated concrete block autoclave

①The door of aerated concrete block autoclave is a quick opening door structure, which is opened and closed by a manual speed reducer, and can also be opened and closed according to the user’s electric, pneumatic and hydraulic actuation.

②Equipped with a complete safety interlock protection device to minimize the risk of misuse, ensuring the safe operation of the aerated concrete autoclave and the safe production of operators.

③There are two types of opening door: side opening door and swing-up door. The side opening type adopts the rotating arm type door opening structure, the rotation is flexible, the low position operation is simple and convenient to open; the swing-up type adopts the lever type door opening mechanism, the lower end of the lever is connected with the AAC autoclave door, and the upper end is equipped with a weight device, the type is light and the AAC autoclave side is opened, take up little space.

The aerated concrete block autoclave is the core equipment of the aerated brick production line. It is one of the main processes in the production of aerated bricks (vapor bricks) for the high temperature and high pressure maintenance of the bricks coming out of the brick making machine.

In the production process of the aerated bricks, the high-temperature autoclave provided by the autoclave must be ensured to make the quality of the bricks more stable.

Therefore,  Aerated concrete block autoclave is also an important irreplaceable steaming equipment in the production process of the whole aerated brick.

Safety And Reliability

1. Carbon fiber autoclave machine is provided with a safety valve. Under the normal working pressure of the autoclave carbon fiber, the sealing state is maintained. When the pressure in the tank exceeds the opening pressure of the safety valve, the gas is automatically opened to discharge the gas, and when the pressure drops to a prescribed value, the valve is automatically closed. Keep it working properly to protect the tank.
2. The pressure of the autoclave is automatically controlled. When the pressure in the tank reaches the set value, the restart regulating valve is automatically closed; When a certain value is exceeded, the exhaust regulating valve automatically opens the exhaust to the set pressure value.
3. The autoclave is equipped with over pressure and over temperature sound and light alarm.
4. Set the safety device, check the pressure of the tank pressure before opening the door to prevent the residual pressure from hurting people.

ASME Ellipsoidal Heads Delivered To Malaysia

ASME ellipsoidal heads ( also called ASME ellipsoidal head or tank heads ) is kind of dished head used for vessel, like boilers, storage tank, heat exchanger etc. The ASME ellipsoidal heads is the economical solution for medium pressure tanks due to the reduced metal thickness requirement.

We received an ASME ellipsoidal heads inquiry from Malaysia in April, after many technical confirmations, the customer placed the order. ASME ellipsoidal heads were delivered to Klang Port at the end of October, arrived in middle November. The ASME ellipsoidal heads are used by Shell in the project in Malaysia.

The Production Process of ASME Ellipsoidal Heads

① Steel Plate Into the Factory

② Material Inspection ( material transplantation, code marking )

③ Lineation and Blanking ( flame cutting )

④ Welding the ASME ellipsoidal head welding method is submerged arc automatic welding, it’s inherent welding quality is stable, welding productivity is high, no arc and smoke are few, making it the main welding method in the production of important steel structures such as pressure vessels, pipe segments, box beams and columns. Welding stick is H 08 Mn 2 M0A,soldering flux is SJ 102.

⑤ Pressing the ASME ellipsoidal head is hot stamping. According to the hot stamping process, the round billet is heated, the temperature is 930℃±10℃, the holding time is 140-170 min; begin to pressing after coming out of heating furnace, the terminal pressure temperature is greater than 840℃, after forming, it is slowly cool to normal temperature.

⑥ Check the dimensions of the ASME ellipsoidal head according to the standard requirements, like convex,concave, ovality, outer perimeter, thickness, etc.

⑦ NDT inspection, there are four types. 100% Rt inspection of the ASME ellipsoidal heads welding joint, check whether there are excessive defects inside the welding joint; 100% MT inspection of the outer surface welding joint of the tank heads, detect if there is a surface defect; PT inspection of the inner cladding material of the ASME ellipsoidal heads, detect if there is a surface defect; 100% UT inspection of the bond quality of the cladding material after forming of ASME ellipsoidal heads, check if the bonding rate meets the requirements.

⑧ Machining the end groove according to the dimensions of drawings.

⑨ Surface treatment,sandblasting of external carbon steel of the ASME ellipsoidal heads,pickling and passivation of internal stainless steel of the ASME ellipsoidal heads.

⑩ Final inspection of the ASME ellipsoidal heads, U-part stamp.

⑪ Packaging and Delivery.
