From April 21 to 22, 2023, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) appointed the joint inspection team to review the collection and replacement of ASME S, U and U2 certificates of TAIAN STRENGTH.
In order to do a good job, since last December, TAIAN STRENGTH set up ASME Certificate replacement team to prepare for the work of ASME authorization certificate. Under the guidance of authorized inspectors, TAIAN STRENGTH revised the ASME quality assurance manual and procedure documents. Then we made all the preparatory work of certificate replacement in accordance with the requirements of quality assurance system documents and ASME code. In early April this year, the demonstration products and all the work before joint inspection were made.
During the joint inspection, the unit reviewed in detail the ASME Quality Assurance manual, procedure documents, the design, material procurement, process, welding, flaw detection and measurement documents of demonstration products of TAIAN STRENGTH, as well as the on-site demonstration of demonstration products of U Stamp. In the process of inspection, the members of ASME Replacement team actively cooperated with the work of the inspection team, timely corrected the problems raised by the inspection team, and were recognized by the Joint Inspection Team.
At the final meeting of Joint inspection, the joint inspection team leader announces that TAIAN STRENGTH has successfully passed the inspection of the joint inspection team. Moreover the inspection team will submit the joint inspection report to ASME and recommend ASME to issue the new authorization certificate of S, U and U2 to TAIAN STRENGTH.
This successful ASME certification is another important progress in boiler and pressure vessel manufacturing and quality system of TAIAN STRENGTH.
