The main technical parameters of the tower vessel project are as follows: Design standard: China GB standard, design pressure: 3.7Mpa, design temperature: 216 degrees, main equipment size : DN1800*3870mm. Materials: 15CrMoR. After establishing the technical scheme, we immediately worked out the specific production details. 15CrMoR this material is special, preheating before welding, after welding, the whole heat treatment to eliminate stress. In the production process, our company strictly in accordance with the standard specifications, welding process in full accordance with the standard requirements.

After by three months tense and orderly manufacture, 2 reactor protect tower vessel projects successfully finished production,welding no any defects ,welding quality perfect. All the 2 reactor protect tower vessel test results have perfect. Then over the customer requirements after checked by Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute.
