They were interested in buying aerospace autoclave from my company since we have professional equipments and technical team to finish the order. Since the whole aerospace autoclave is very large, the total length of the cylinder is 18 meters. Considering the inland transportation conditions, our cylinder is 2 meters and the rest is constructed in their factory. They sent us the brief drawing of aerospace autoclave, after my technical team discussed the project, we have modified some details of the drawing, which can save materials and run safer. About the Welding Process of Aerospace Autoclave:
- Splicing welding of spherical head, we use SAW, welding materials including welding wire and flux. Welding wire is H10Mn2, flux is HJ350.
- Splicing welding of spherical head and aerospace autoclave door flange, we use SAW, welding consumables including welding wire and flux. Welding wire is H08MnMoA, flux is HJ350.
- Splicing welding of clamp and shell, we use SAW, welding consumables including welding wire and flux. Welding wire is H08MnMoA, flux is HJ350.
- Splicing welding of shell, we use SAW, welding consumables including welding wire and flux. Welding wire is H10Mn2, flux is HJ350.
