Autoclave Curing Process equipment  can realize the time series, temperature and pressure of the process parameters such as temperature, pressure, vacuum, circulation, cooling and real-time online control. Autoclave Curing Process Equipment is mainly composed of the following sub-systems.

①Sealed body of Autoclave Curing Process: a high-pressure, high-temperature body formed by a autoclave door mechanism, a high-temperature fan, an air duct plate heat insulation layer.

②Safety interlocking device of Autoclave Curing Process: it is composed of pressure automatic interlocking, manual interlocking and ultra-high pressure alarm device.

③Quick-opening device of Autoclave Curing Process: manual or automatic quick-open door design, normally open and close the autoclave door during power failure, is the most advanced door opening method.

Tank Head Will be Delivered to Xinjiang Province Next Week

Tank head (also called elliptical head or elliptical dish end) is usually made with carbon steel, stainless steel, Austin and non ferric metals that can be cold processed. The shape of the tank head is more economical, because the height of the tank head is just a fraction of the diameter. The radius of tank head varies between the major and minor axis usually with the ratio is 2:1. It is the economical solution for medium
pressure tanks due to the reduced metal thickness requirement.

Our old customer from Xinjiang province ordered six large tank head in early March. Two tank heads with the diameter of 7.4 meters, four tank heads with the diameter of 6 meters. We manufactured the tank head with material of Q345R carbon steel plate.The Q345R carbon steel plate thickness is 30mm. Due to its larger diameter, at first we used a few pieces of Q345R carbon steel plates to weld into large steel
plates. After welding, we did ray inspection for these large steel plates. After the ray inspection passed. the followed by the material cutting and the forming process. Forming process was divided into hot pressing  and cold pressing. Due to the large diameter, it was impossible to do hot pressing. We took cold pressing process.

Cold pressing was mainly performed with a spinning machine. After spinning, it was tested. After passing the test, the customer asked us to spray paint.The customer requested that the surface and interior of  tank heads should  be painted with gray co lour. It looks very nice. Due to the larger diameter, we cuted the 6 tank heads into 12 pieces for easy transport. Delivery date is 30 days. We finished the order on time.
These tank heads can be delivered next week.

Horizontal Composite Autoclave Installed and Run In Xi’an

Horizontal Composite Autoclave, also called industrial autoclave for
composite material or carbon fiber autoclave, can be used as key 
equipment for hot-press curing of metal or non-metallic bonding 
components and resin-based high-strength glass fiber, carbon fiber, 
boron fiber, aramid fiber and epoxy resin composites. The horizontal 
composite autoclave can be used to pump composite materials. In the 
case of vacuum, it can absorb, heat and pressurize and solidifies. There 
are mainly three kinds of horizontal composite autoclave such as  scientific 
research experimental autoclave, civil autoclave and military autoclave. 
The composite autoclave was installed and commissioned on site in April 
2018. The average temperature was even and the door was opened flexibly.  
It fully met the technical requirements and passed the acceptance.

Horizontal Composite Autoclave mainly contains 

the following sub systems

1. Control system of Horizontal Composite Autoclave: adopts Siemens PLC computer 

automatic control to achieve full-range high-precision control and real-time

recording of pressure, temperature, cooling and other process parameters. 

The gas-electric interlocking device ensures that the tank door can be closed 

before it can be boosted, and the pressure inside the tank can be discharged，

is completed, the door can only open in line with TSG 21-2016 stationary 

pressure vessel safety supervision and ASME pressure vessel on quick safety 

interlock requirements.

2. Heating system of Horizontal Composite Autoclave: stainless steel heating 
pipe, high temperature water cooling fan, duct plate, insulation layer, temperature 
control system, heating power to meet the maximum temperature requirements 
and the heating rate requirements in the tank, heating power group control, to 
achieve different heating rate.
3. Cooling system of Horizontal Composite Autoclave: It is mainly composed of 
three stages: pre-cooling, main cooling and fan cooling. Since the autoclave is 
in high temperature during the working process, it is first cooled after entering 
the cooling stage to avoid heat and cold of the cooling pipes. Uneven stress, 
thereby extending the life of the cooler. After the pre-cooling period is over, the 
temperature of the autoclave tank is far from the tank temperature requirement, 
and a further main cooling process is required. The cooling of the autoclave tank 
is mainly completed at this stage. The function of the fan in the autoclave tank is 
to evenly distribute the hot air generated by the heater to the entire tank body, 
so that the tank body is in a constant temperature state during the whole operation 
process. During the operation of the fan, the heat generated by the motor needs 
to pass through the circulating water belt. In order to ensure the normal operation 
of the fan, fan cooling water must be supplied throughout the production process.
4. Vacuum system of Horizontal Composite Autoclave: It consists of vacuum pump, 
pipeline, vacuum gauge and vacuum valve. It provides vacuum conditions for the 
prefabricated parts of the package. The number of vacuum channels is 16 and the 
sample is separated.

Fuel Oil Tank will be Delivered to Pakistan

Fuel oil tank is the kind of oil Storage Tank. It can be used to store and transport diesel oil which keep the stored diesel oil in stable condition. Fuel oil tank is the main equipment for the oil depot. The oil storage tank can be divided into sub-oil tanks and non-metallic oil tanks according to the stored material. The oil tank can be divided into underground oil tanks, semi-underground oil tanks and above-ground oil tanks according to the location, it also can be divided into cylindrical, square box and spherical according to shape of storage tank.

Fuel oil tank will be delivered into Pakistan

Our Pakistan customer placed the order of fuel oil tank to us. The volume of fuel oil tank was 20,000 liters. It’s a single layer diesel fuel storage tank using single carbon steel plate to manufacturer. We designed one manhole on the top. At same time, on the top, we designed one inlet nozzle by which diesel oil can be filled, one outlet nozzle by which diesel oil can be outputted. On the bottom, we designed one drain nozzle by which impurities of diesel oil can be drained, and two saddles by which the  fuel oil tank can be easy placed and transported.We used carbon steel Q345R as the material of the diesel fuel storage tank. Carbon steel Q345R is one kind of common material to manufacturer storage tank and pressure vessel in China.Besides carbon steel Q345R, there is another carbon steel which is called SA516 Gr.70 is widely used in storage tank and pressure vessel in American and Europe.

Small Composite Autoclave was Delivered to ChongQing University

Small composite autoclave is one kind of composite autoclave with less 1000mm diameter (also called industrial autoclave for composite material) is the pressure vessel specially designed and manufactured to fabricate composite material, The small composite autoclave is one of the our hot sale industrial autoclave products.  Composite material (also called a composition material or composite) is made from two or more constituent materials with significantly different physical or chemical properties that produce a material with characteristics different from the individual components when combined. College of material science and engineering in Chong Qing University bought our small composite autoclave for experiment in composite material. They are carrying out research on composite material, and they want to develop new composite material used in aviation, auto industry and other science and technology industry.

 

According to customer requests, we designed the small composite autoclave. The effective diameter was 600mm, the effective length was 800mm. This size can save laboratory space and save cost. The maximum working pressure was 1.0Mpa, the maximum operating temperature was 200°C, the heating mode was electric heating, and the door opening mode was manual opening. Because the diameter was small, we used external insulation.Inner space of  small composite autoclave can be used adequately by using external insulation. The vacuum system was equipped with 2-way vacuum. For convenient operation, we installed PLC control system that can be controlled by touch display screen to control working pressure and operating temperature. The cooling system was equipped with a water-cooled motor, a cooling water tank, and natural cooling. We designed skid mount construction for better transportation, a cooling water tank and  vacuum system,PLC control system can be loaded on base of skid mount.
