composite material or carbon fiber autoclave, can be used as key
equipment for hot-press curing of metal or non-metallic bonding
components and resin-based high-strength glass fiber, carbon fiber,
boron fiber, aramid fiber and epoxy resin composites. The horizontal
composite autoclave can be used to pump composite materials. In the
case of vacuum, it can absorb, heat and pressurize and solidifies. There
are mainly three kinds of horizontal composite autoclave such as scientific
research experimental autoclave, civil autoclave and military autoclave.
The composite autoclave was installed and commissioned on site in April
2018. The average temperature was even and the door was opened flexibly.
It fully met the technical requirements and passed the acceptance.

the following sub systems
1. Control system of Horizontal Composite Autoclave: adopts Siemens PLC computer
automatic control to achieve full-range high-precision control and real-time
recording of pressure, temperature, cooling and other process parameters.
The gas-electric interlocking device ensures that the tank door can be closed
before it can be boosted, and the pressure inside the tank can be discharged,
is completed, the door can only open in line with TSG 21-2016 stationary
pressure vessel safety supervision and ASME pressure vessel on quick safety
interlock requirements.
2. Heating system of Horizontal Composite Autoclave: stainless steel heating pipe, high temperature water cooling fan, duct plate, insulation layer, temperature
control system, heating power to meet the maximum temperature requirements
and the heating rate requirements in the tank, heating power group control, to
achieve different heating rate.
3. Cooling system of Horizontal Composite Autoclave: It is mainly composed of
three stages: pre-cooling, main cooling and fan cooling. Since the autoclave is
in high temperature during the working process, it is first cooled after entering
the cooling stage to avoid heat and cold of the cooling pipes. Uneven stress,
thereby extending the life of the cooler. After the pre-cooling period is over, the
temperature of the autoclave tank is far from the tank temperature requirement,
and a further main cooling process is required. The cooling of the autoclave tank
is mainly completed at this stage. The function of the fan in the autoclave tank is
to evenly distribute the hot air generated by the heater to the entire tank body,
so that the tank body is in a constant temperature state during the whole operation
process. During the operation of the fan, the heat generated by the motor needs
to pass through the circulating water belt. In order to ensure the normal operation
of the fan, fan cooling water must be supplied throughout the production process.
4. Vacuum system of Horizontal Composite Autoclave: It consists of vacuum pump,
pipeline, vacuum gauge and vacuum valve. It provides vacuum conditions for the
prefabricated parts of the package. The number of vacuum channels is 16 and the
sample is separated.
