Ⅰ. Oven for Carbon Fiber Basic Performance

1. Adopt SIEMENS automatic control system, save energy, economize on manpower, totally meet products performance.
2. Heat is evenly distributed in the tank and pressure is constant.
3. Suitable for curing various kinds of composite materials.
4. Perfect pressure control, good molding effect.
5. Composite autoclave adopt PLC automatic control system, the precision reaches ±1-2℃.
6. The insulation layer of carbon fiber oven adopts aluminum silicate cotton, the sealing head adopts double layer insulation, plus stainless steel insulation.
7. Double safety locks for quickly open door device. Adopt six layer for safety.
8. The way to open the door is manual fast door double safety chain.  Synchronous alarm, pressure boost after closing, open the door after pressure relief.

Ⅱ. Oven for Carbon Fiber Usage

Mainly used in composite materials, car parts, sports, glass fiber, carbon fiber, partition and so on.

1. Electronic parts, valves, instruments and other outsourced parts are guaranteed for 1 year, metal structural parts are guaranteed for 2 years (Except for damage caused by man-made damage or force failure).

3. Heat distribution in each point of the tank tolerance is: ±2℃.
4. High Pressure Vessel was Exported to America in March

High Pressure Vessel is a kind of pressure vessel, which is the large, heavy weight and quick opening pressure vessels used to process materials or parts which require exposure to elevated pressure and temperature. High Pressure Vessel is often made with carbon steel, stainless steel and other alloy steel. Our high pressure vessel is designed to test the use of objects under 2000 meters in the deep sea environment. The pressure of it is up to 200 bar,which is designed to simulate the pressure of 2000 meters in the deep sea and is a typical product of ASME U stamp.

Our American customer sent us the inquiry for high pressure vessel in May 2018. According to the customer’s request, we drew the drawings and asked the third party to do the stress analysis. The program was revised several times, and finally we signed the contract of it at the end of November. The manufacturing period is three months. In January 2019, representatives of US customers in Singapore branch came to our factory for on-site acceptance, witnessing the operation of hydraulic test and PLC control system of high pressure vessel. We passed the acceptance and have discussed the next order successfully, and after the product is shipped and installed successfully, the customer will purchase a second high pressure vessel.

The high pressure vessel is a split clamp structure, which opens the pressure vessel quickly and opens and closes through the drive screw.

About Control System of High Pressure Vessel

The system is designed and manufactured on the basis of other similar products. It is simple, reliable, easy to operate and maintain. Taiwanese Yonghong Programmable Controller is selected as the control core; Huichuan’s high performance servo drive system is used to exchange data through serial communication mode and master controller, which is easy to operate and maintain; the operation is safe and convenient; the display adopts Kunlun’s programmable touch screen, and the overall performance of the system is stable and reliable.

Composition and Working Principle of Electronic Control System

The electric control system of 610 high pressure vessel is driven by two 1.3KW servo motors to drive the lead screw and clamp so as to complete the action of opening and closing the door.

The main controller consists of the following parts: switching power supply, relay, PLC, analog module and temperature module.

There are three switching power supply, one of which provides DC 24V power supply. PLC, analog module, relay, display screen and so on use DC 24V power supply. The other two switching power supply are two electric push rods respectively.

Pressure Vessel Head(also called tank head, dished head) is the end cap on a cylindrical shaped pressure vessel which is made with carbon steel, stainless steel and other alloy steel.
