Aircraft autoclave is one of the our hot sale industrial autoclave products. Composite material (also called a composition material or composite) is made from two or more constituent materials with significantly different physical or chemical properties that produce a material with characteristics different from the individual components when combined.

Aircraft autoclave is one of the effective and most applicable pressure vessel for composite production that used in aircraft. In the composite manufacturing process, the assembly of a two-sided mold set that forms both surface of the panel is placed into the industrial autoclave which provides both required elevated pressure and elevated temperature.

Specifications of Aircraft Autoclave

Xi’an customer bought our aircraft autoclave mainly used in manufacturing aircraft parts. We designed and manufactured aircraft autoclave by customer’s request with effective diameter 3400 mm, effective length 7000 mm. For better treatment efficiency, we designed and manufactured  inner insulation inside of aircraft autoclave. For easy opening door, we designed  and manufactured  side opening with hydraulic system and automatic opening device. It’s very convenient to open the door and save space for our customer. We use Siemens PLC automatic control system with accuracy of ± 1-2 ℃ which can save energy and manpower, fully meet the performance requirements of products. This aircraft autoclave can produce good heat distribution and constant pressure .
