High Pressure Vessel was Exported to America in March

High Pressure Vessel is a kind of pressure vessel, which is the large, heavy weight and quick opening pressure vessels used to process materials or parts which require exposure to elevated pressure and temperature. High Pressure Vessel is often made with carbon steel, stainless steel and other alloy steel. Our high pressure vessel is designed to test the use of objects under 2000 meters in the deep sea environment. The pressure of it is up to 200 bar,which is designed to simulate the pressure of 2000 meters in the deep sea and is a typical product of ASME U stamp.

Our American customer sent us the inquiry for high pressure vessel in May 2018. According to the customer’s request, we drew the drawings and asked the third party to do the stress analysis. The program was revised several times, and finally we signed the contract of it at the end of November. The manufacturing period is three months. In January 2019, representatives of US customers in Singapore branch came to our factory for on-site acceptance, witnessing the operation of hydraulic test and PLC control system of high pressure vessel. We passed the acceptance and have discussed the next order successfully, and after the product is shipped and installed successfully, the customer will purchase a second high pressure vessel.

The high pressure vessel is a split clamp structure, which opens the pressure vessel quickly and opens and closes through the drive screw.

About Control System of High Pressure Vessel

The system is designed and manufactured on the basis of other similar products. It is simple, reliable, easy to operate and maintain. Taiwanese Yonghong Programmable Controller is selected as the control core; Huichuan’s high performance servo drive system is used to exchange data through serial communication mode and master controller, which is easy to operate and maintain; the operation is safe and convenient; the display adopts Kunlun’s programmable touch screen, and the overall performance of the system is stable and reliable.

Composition and Working Principle of Electronic Control System

The electric control system of 610 high pressure vessel is driven by two 1.3KW servo motors to drive the lead screw and clamp so as to complete the action of opening and closing the door.

The main controller consists of the following parts: switching power supply, relay, PLC, analog module and temperature module.

There are three switching power supply, one of which provides DC 24V power supply. PLC, analog module, relay, display screen and so on use DC 24V power supply. The other two switching power supply are two electric push rods respectively.

China Aviation Group Ordered Our ASME Standard Autoclave

ASME Standard Autoclave (also called composite autoclave or industrial autoclave for composite material) is the autoclave specially designed and manufactured to fabricate composite material. Composite autoclave is one of the our hot sale industrial autoclave products.  Composite material (also called a composition material or composite) is made from two or more constituent materials with significantly different physical or chemical properties that produce a material with characteristics different from the individual components when combined. 2018,08.08 ,it is the first time, China Aviation Group contacted with my company,one week later China Aviation Group leader, Mr Zhou ,came to my company for ASME Standard Autoclave, Mr Zhou, first knows company whole production history, and then visit my whole factory workshop, production capacity, after knows my company general, he give a high word for our capacity. After talking with customer requirement for ASME Standard Autoclave, we finally confirmed the following design.

One month later, the first steel plate cut in factory cutting line, it shows the ASME Standard Autoclave enter into fast production. Times past fast, it get to 2019.01.05, most of the body and parts are finished welding, we begin test pressure, after two days test, every all reach expectation, China Aviation Group are very satisfied with our products, it successfully get 1.2 Mpa, customer very like it. After Chinese new year, 2019, the ASME Standard Autoclave has shown a very good state in all workshop and customer eye, wait its delivery and enter into its master hand, maybe in future, china big plane C929, it will have my company ASME Standard Autoclave produce products. Hope the ASME Standard Autoclave make contribution to our country C929.

Torispherical Head Will be Sent to Peru

Torispherical Head (also called torispherical dish end or torispherical ends) is widely applied for pressure tanks to storage liquids and gasses. The torispherical head consists of a spherical surface, a cylindrical edge of a certain height, and a transition section connecting the above two parts with a radius of curvature smaller than the radius of the sphere. Our asme torispherical head can be made with carbon steel, stainless steel, austenitic and non ferritic metals that can be cold worked. The stress distribution of torispherical dish head is not as uniform as elliptical head, but the manufacturing processing of the torispherical head is easier. However, torispherical dish end is the better option when the elliptical head of the mold processing is difficult. We can fabricate torispherical ends in most popular sizes and thicknesses.

On August 30, 2018, we received a request for torispherical dish from a Peruvian customer. The customer informed us of the details of our torispherical dish on Alibaba and felt that our product was true. The customer informed us that the carbon steel torispherical dish is used for the production of 40 local tanks. It must be produced strictly according to the size provided. Any details should be communicated as they are. We quote the customer based on the parameters and details required by the customer. Welding Features of Q235B Material

Q235B steel is a kind of ordinary carbon structural steel with low carbon content and low manganese and silicon content. Therefore, it usually does not cause severe hardened or quenched structure due to welding. The steel has good shape and impact toughness, and the welded joint shape and impact toughness are good. When welding, generally no preheating is required, and it is not necessary to use heat treatment to improve the structure after welding. No special process measures are required throughout the welding process, and its weld ability is excellent.

Submerged arc welding

High production efficiency. On the one hand, the conductive length of the welding wire is shortened, and the current and current density are increased, so the arc penetration and the welding efficiency of the welding wire are greatly improved.
