Wood Impregnating Tank Working Process

• Preparation of impregnation liquid. Preparation of impregnation liquid, and then injected into the impregnation liquid storage tank. density of the impregnation liquid can be adjusted  as needed.
• Feeding. First, the wood needs to be processed into the trolley, and then the trolley enters the wood impregnating tank through the track, then closing the wood impregnating tank door.
• Vacuum operation. After the wood impregnating tank door closes, open the vacuum valve, close all other valves. Start the vacuum operation, and keep the vacuum.
• Impregnation liquid inlet. After vacuum operation, the impregnation liquid enter the wood impregnating tank by using a negative pressure.
• Pressurization. Pressurize according to different materials and standards. Allow the impregnation liquid to fully impregnate the wood. Choose different pressurization time, depending on the type of wood,
• Drainage. The impregnation liquid is discharged, and the impregnation liquid enters the impregnation liquid storage tank.
• Vacuum.The remaining impregnation liquid on the wood is discharged.
• Discharge. First release the pressure before discharging, then open the wood impregnating tank door to discharge.

Ellipsoidal Tank Heads Forming Methods  

There are two types forming methods of elliptical dished heads, one is spinning, the maximum diameter is 8000 mm, thickness is 34 mm, the minimum diameter is 2200 mm; the other is stamping, the diameter from 159 mm to 4800 mm.

Carbon steel dished head should avoid cold forming. If cold forming, heat treatment should be carried out after forming. Stainless steel dished head is preferably cold formed. When hot forming is used, solution heat treatment is required. Heat treatment should be carried out according to the corresponding documents.

The welding joint of the carbon steel plate shall be smoothed and subjected to stress-relieving heat treatment, and then pre-pressed into an arch shape.

Pre-pressed arched work blanks shall not have any cracks or other defects, they may be inspected with a magnifying glass. When there is doubt, surface coloring or magnetic particle testing may be performed.

Russia Customer Visited Our Stainless Tank Heads Factory

Stainless tank heads, also called tank heads, are the end caps on a cylindrical shaped atmospheric vessel and pressure vessel which are made with stainless steel. The stainless tank heads are widely used in atmospheric vessel or pressure vessels such as storage tanks, heat exchangers, towers, reactors, boilers and separations equipment. etc.

Our Russia customer came and visited our stainless tank heads factory on 27th June, 2018. Our Russia customer is a developer and manufacturer of equipment for the food industry in Russia and CIS countries for more than 12 years. The plant of capacitance equipment produces capacitance products for the food, chemical and oil and gas and oil refining industries. Both black and stainless steel are used as the material.

Russia customer fabricates pressure vessel for storage, transportation and sale of food liquids – kvass, mead, beer, milk, lemonade, compote, jelly, water, oil; for equipping restaurants, cafes, bars, canteens; for bottling and selling beverages in sales areas in supermarkets, mini markets, convenience stores; for equipping medical institutions; for the automotive and petrochemical industries.
