Our Malaysia customer visited us and checked the finished gas storage containers on 8^th Dec, 2017, he was very satisfied with our products quality. Asme Hemispherical Head Was Exported To Indonesia

Asme hemispherical head is one kind of the head,which is made according ASME standard,mainly used in petrochemical, atomic energy, food, Pharmaceutical Industry and  other  industries.It is indispensable important components of  pressure vessel equipment.it is one part of industrial autoclave,oil storage tank,boiler, etc.

On 17,December,2017. asme hemispherical head  exported to Indonesia. Diameter of this asme hemispherical head order was 3000mm.Thickness was  60mm, quantity was 2pcs.It was used for lead product refining equipment to our customer.it was  different with common asme hemispherical head.According to customer’s request, we need to  weld 300mm straight flange on the asme hemispherical head  edge,and welded brim with width 200mm between straight flange and asme hemispherical head edge.It was difficult to weld.For delivery on time, our engineer and welder often discussed and researched this program,and welded in overtime. Finally goods deliveried on time.For better quality and more better in appearance, we made sand blasting on asme hemispherical head  surface.Customer was very satisfied with quality.

Our Horizontal Sterilizer Team Visited Palm Oil Mill in Malaysia

Horizontal sterilizer for palm oil mill utilizes high temperature  to cook palm bunches. Palm fruit can easily separate from palm bunches and become soft. Owing to increasing humidity of palm fruit, crude palm oil can be easily extracted from fruit. Palm kernel core can much easy separate from kernel shell, preventing enzymatic decomposition, and avoid elevated levels of free fatty acids.

Our Malaysia customer visited our factory in September. He was very satisfied with our technology, product quality  and ordered a palm oil tank in October, 2017. This order is in production now. This time customer invited us to Malaysia because  he will  build a new palm oil mill that need our horizontal sterilizer for palm oil mill.

We departed from Beijing International Airport on 29 November, 2017 and arrived in Kuala Lumpur at noon on 30 November, 2017. Our customer picked up us at the airport, then we had lunch at the airport restaurant and talked about the details of our company and their company. The next day the customer took us to their palm garden. Palm garden covered 100 acres. There were thousands of palm trees. Palm trees are high. The quality of the palm fruit is very good.  According to the terrain, there will  build a palm oil plant in this Palm Garden. Customer has a preliminary plan. According to the surrounding environment, we also gave our suggestions and solutions. We discussed many details in horizontal sterilizer for palm oil mill, boiler, and other equipments.

Semi Elliptical Head Was Exported To Chile

Semi Elliptical Head (also called elliptical head or elliptical dish end) is often made with carbon steel, stainless steel, austenitic and non ferritic metals that can be cold worked. This kind of dished head is more economical, because the ratio of height to diameter is very small. The semi elliptical head radius varies between the major and minor axis usually with the ratio is 2:1. The semi elliptical head is the economical solution for medium pressure storage tanks due to the reduced metal thickness requirement.

On 20^th Nov, 2018, our customer from Chile visited us and checked the finished semi elliptical head and he was very satisfied with our product quality. On March 2017 he sent us the inquiry of semi elliptical head, and after that we have contacted with a long time and have given him the quotation many times. Finally he placed the order of 2,000 pieces of these semi elliptical head. Recently he came to visit us and checked the manufacturing process. Later he will order 1,000 sets of LPG tanks with ASME Certificate.
