On 17,December,2017. asme hemispherical head  exported to Indonesia. Diameter of this asme hemispherical head order was 3000mm.Thickness was  60mm, quantity was 2pcs.It was used for lead product refining equipment to our customer.it was  different with common asme hemispherical head.According to customer’s request, we need to  weld 300mm straight flange on the asme hemispherical head  edge,and welded brim with width 200mm between straight flange and asme hemispherical head edge.It was difficult to weld.For delivery on time, our engineer and welder often discussed and researched this program,and welded in overtime. Finally goods deliveried on time.For better quality and more better in appearance, we made sand blasting on asme hemispherical head  surface.Customer was very satisfied with quality.
