Our Horizontal Sterilizer Team Visited Palm Oil Mill in Malaysia

Horizontal sterilizer for palm oil mill utilizes high temperature  to cook palm bunches. Palm fruit can easily separate from palm bunches and become soft. Owing to increasing humidity of palm fruit, crude palm oil can be easily extracted from fruit. Palm kernel core can much easy separate from kernel shell, preventing enzymatic decomposition, and avoid elevated levels of free fatty acids.

Our Malaysia customer visited our factory in September. He was very satisfied with our technology, product quality  and ordered a palm oil tank in October, 2017. This order is in production now. This time customer invited us to Malaysia because  he will  build a new palm oil mill that need our horizontal sterilizer for palm oil mill.

We departed from Beijing International Airport on 29 November, 2017 and arrived in Kuala Lumpur at noon on 30 November, 2017. Our customer picked up us at the airport, then we had lunch at the airport restaurant and talked about the details of our company and their company. The next day the customer took us to their palm garden. Palm garden covered 100 acres. There were thousands of palm trees. Palm trees are high. The quality of the palm fruit is very good.  According to the terrain, there will  build a palm oil plant in this Palm Garden. Customer has a preliminary plan. According to the surrounding environment, we also gave our suggestions and solutions. We discussed many details in horizontal sterilizer for palm oil mill, boiler, and other equipments.

We flew back Beijing by plane on December 3, 2017 . About the trip to Malaysia, we had many thanks to our customer for good and warm reception.
