Composite Material Autoclave Reactor Forming Process
Firstly, the composite material blank, honeycomb sandwich structure or glued structure sealed on the mold are made with a vacuum bag and then placed in composite material autoclave. In a vacuum (or non-vacuum) state, it will be heated, pressurized, and insulated (medium temperature or high temperature). The process of pressure holding, temperature reduction and pressure relief makes it a molding process for products in the required shape and quality state.
