We received an inquiry from Latvia about the autoclave for carbon fiber on Jan. 6, 2020, they are dealers of carbon fiber accessories, the customer gave detailed parameters and engineers designed specific scheme according to the customer’s requirements. He is very interested in our plan and will come to our factory in March.

Constituent Parts of Autoclave for Carbon Fiber

  1. Overall structure: By the tank body, tank door mechanism, high temperature motor, wind channel board insulation layer and so on constitute a high pressure, high temperature tank body.
  2. Safe interlock installation: It consists of automatic pressure interlock, manual interlock and ultra-high voltage alarm installation.
  3. Quick door installation: manual electric dual-purpose quick door design, can be normally opened and closed in case of power failure.
  4. Sealing installation: the tank door adopts silicone inflatable seal, resistant to high pressure.
  5. Pressure system: the pressure transmission and control system is composed of compressor, gas storage tank, pressure control valve, pipeline, pressure transmitter and pressure gauge, etc. The pressure inside the tank can reach 1.5-2.5mpa, the error is no more than 0.05mpa, with safe and explosion-proof installation.
  6. Heating system: it is composed of stainless steel electric heat pipe, high temperature fan, duct board, heat insulation layer and temperature control system. The heating power meets the requirements of the highest temperature of the cavity and the heating rate.
  7. Temperature circulation system: it is composed of circulating fan, air guide plate and air guide cover to accelerate heat transmission and circulation, forming an average temperature field.
  8. Vacuum system: it is composed of vacuum pump, pipeline, vacuum gauge and vacuum valve to provide vacuum conditions for the encapsulated composite data prefabricated parts. Multiple vacuum tube joints are required to meet the requirements of the molding process.
  9. Automatic control system: PLC control system is adopted to complete the whole process of high-precision control and real-time recording of pressure, temperature, cooling and other technological parameters.

The forming process is stable and reliable: the pressure and temperature are even, adjustable and controllable, so that the quality of the forming or the handover system is different and reliable;Low porosity, controlled and average resin content;It can be vacuumized when pressurized, so that low molecular matter is easy to discharge.
