Structure of Autoclave AAC
- Device of autoclave AAC body: It is mainly welded by the shell and the autoclave AAC body flange. A total of 36 teeth are distributed along the circumference of the flange to engage the corresponding 36 teeth uniformly distributed on the lid of the kettle. A track is placed at the bottom of the autoclave AAC to walk or park the steamed trolley. Various tube seats and nozzles are arranged on the outside of the autoclave AAC, steam is supplied and discharged, condensed water is discharged, and various instruments and valves are installed.
- Device of the door: It is mainly welded by the flange of the door, the tooth plate and the dished head. The door is suspended by the hanging handle and the short shaft to close the autoclave.
- Swing device: It is mainly composed of shaft, cantilever beam, support plate, tie rod and etc. Installed on the top of the autoclave AAC, connected to the lid of the autoclave AACby a tie rod, which functions as a suspension and rotary autoclave AAC.
- Hand crank reducer: Fixed on the side of the flange of autoclave AAC, it is mainly composed of a pair of turbines and a pair of bevel gear shafts. The toothed plate is engaged by the gear to drive the lid to rotate around the center, so that the teeth of the body and the lid flange can be engaged or disengaged.
- Safety interlock device: fixed on the side of the flange of it, consisting of safety handle, seat, post and ball valve. When the lid is closed, the safety handle is turned to the level so that the lid cannot be opened and the exhaust ball valve is closed accordingly. When opening the cover, first place the safety handle vertically and the ball valve will open.
- Support: used to support the AAC autoclave, consisting of the intermediate support and the end support. Except for the intermediate support, the other supports can be moved along the axial direction of the AAC autoclaveby means of rollers.
- Insulation: It is mainly composed of insulation material, skeleton and guard plate to prevent heat loss during use of AAC.
