The temperature data and pressure data in the tank can be transmitted to the computer control box for easy printing.

Deaerator Successfully Reached Korea POSCO Workshop

The main function of deaerator is to remove oxygen and other non-condensate gases from boiler feed water to ensure the quality of feed water.  If oxygen dissolves in water, it will corrode the metal contacting with the water. At the same time, if there is gas accumulation in the heat exchanger, it will reduce the equipment heat transfer results due to thermal resistance increase. The Process of Vacuum Tank

First check the state of the vacuum tank, either under vacuum or in the atmosphere.Two procedures for starting the high pressure reactor are determined: the first is the operating procedure under vacuum. Second, operating procedures in atmospheric conditions.

1. If the vacuum tank equipment is in a low vacuum state, do not immediately open the gate valve to avoid the backflow of vacuum oil.The correct procedure is to first turn on the faucet, then turn on the mechanical pump and the vacuum meter power supply to observe the reading of the vacuum meter.
2. If the vacuum tank equipment is under the atmosphere, the first thing to do is to check for big leakage, that is, close the door of the tank and the vent valve.Then turn on the faucet, gate valve, mechanical pump, gauge power supply, watch the gauge reading, turn on the molecular pump, press the start button.
3. When the molecular pump works normally and the working frequency is stable, press the start key of the ionization meter unit in the vacuum meter to observe the vacuum degree.
4. The ion pump can be opened when the vacuum reaches -0.1mpa, and the gate valve at the molecular pump can be closed first.
5. If there is no need to maintain a vacuum, first turn off the vacuum meter power supply, and then just close the gate valve of the ion pump. Instead of closing the ion pump, keep the internal environment of the ion pump in the working state.

The curve of carbon fiber yarn oven (also called composite autoclave) matrix resin mainly influence by resin molecular structure, also influenced by other components such as curing agent, cross-linking accelerator and so on. ③Most of users now pay great attention to the temperature control. It will greatly influence products quality depends on the temperature control accuracy or not. Higher temperature will lead to the earlier of cross-linking reaction materials and quick forming speedy during the composite fiber mould press forming. This can cause the material curing difference of inside and outside cavity. During this process, surface material hardened first, and the inner layer also cured, will lead the the low molecular matter produced by the cross-linking reaction is difficult to volatilize outwards. All these process will cause composite fiber products swelling, cracking and warping, this can influence the products performance. The resin and other materials will decompose due to the material inner layer cured and material surface overheated. This process will lead to the deterioration of the mechanical properties of carbon fiber products. However, if the temperature is too low, the material fluidity decreases, the curing speed slows down, and the cross-linking reaction cannot be fully carried out. Then the strength of the product will become low, and the low temperature curing incomplete surface will not be able to withstand the internal pressure, so there will be swelling.
