Gasoline storage tanks are the Oil Storage Tanks which are used to store and transport gasoline oil which keep the stored gasoline oil in stable condition. Gasoline storage tanks are the main equipments for the oil depot. The gasoline storage tanks can be divided into underground tanks, semi-underground gasoline storage tanks and above-ground tanks  according to the location, they can be also divided into cylindrical, square box and spherical according to shape of storage tank.

We used carbon steel Q345R as the material for the India customer. Carbon steel Q345R is one widely used kind of popular material to manufacturer gasoline storage tanks in China. Besides carbon steel Q345R, there is another carbon steel which is called Q235B, that is also popular carbon steel to manufacturer gasoline storage tanks  in China. Autoclave For Composite Material Will Deliver To Guangdong

Autoclave for composite material, also called composite autoclave,  is one of the our hot sale industrial autoclave products. The autoclave for composite material is mainly used for the pouring of epoxy resin. After the epoxy resin enters the equipment, the stirring, degassing, electronic scale measurement, final mixing degassing, pouring, and solidification are all carried out under vacuum, and no gas is incorporated during the entire pouring process. Therefore, the degassing of the medium in the autoclave for composite material is sufficient, fast, and free of pores, which is beneficial to product performance and appearance quality.

In the production process of the composite autoclave, the shell and the dished head of the composite autoclave are welded by automatic submerged arc welding, the welding quality is good, the weld joint is beautiful, the welding efficiency is improved, and the manufacturing cycle is greatly shortened.

100% non-destructive testing of the butt joints of the autoclave for composite material ring and the shell, the toothed flange and the spherical head is carried out to ensure the welding quality, and the pass rate of the one-time welding is over 98%.

The door of autoclave for composite material is equipped with a safety interlock device. When the door is opened quickly to reach the predetermined closed position, the pressure can be boosted. When the internal pressure of the composite autoclave is completely released, the quick opening door can be opened, which fully compliance with the requirements of Section 3.2.16 of TSG 21-2016 《Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Stationary Pressure Vessels》, which is ensured the safety of the entire autoclave for composite material.

Tank End Cap Will Be Sent To Peru

Tank End Cap (also called torispherical dish end or torispherical ends) is the important parts of pressure tanks to storage liquids and gasses. The tank end cap has a spherical surface, a cylindrical edge of a certain height, and a transition section connecting the above two parts with a radius of curvature smaller than the radius of the sphere. Our asme torispherical head can be made with carbon steel, stainless steel, austenitic and non ferritic metals that can be cold worked. The stress distribution of tank end cap is not as uniform as elliptical head, but the manufacturing processing of the tank end cap is easier. However, torispherical dish end is the better option when the elliptical head of the mold processing is difficult. We can fabricate torispherical ends in most popular sizes and thicknesses.

On August 30, 2018, we received a request for tank end cap from a Peruvian customer. The customer informed us of the details of our tank end cap on Alibaba and felt that our product was true. The customer informed us that the carbon steel tank end cap is used for the production of 40 local tanks. It must be produced strictly according to the size provided. Double wall fuel storage tanks (also called double wall oil tank, double wall diesel tank), the full name is steel reinforced glass fiber double tank,  is a double-layer structure oil tank which is made of a glass fiber reinforced plastic (namely FRP) anti-seepage jacket.

Structure of Double Wall Fuel Storage Tanks

1. The inner tank shell of the double wall oil tank is made of carbon steel, and the outer tank shell is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic; the outer tank should completely contain the inner tank, and the outer tank shell and the inner tank shell should form a continuous through.
2. The double wall fuel oil tank should be provided with not less than two steel lifting lugs. The lifting capacity of the lifting lug should not be less than twice the weight of the tank.
