Double Wall Fuel Tanks would be Exported to Bangladesh

Double wall fuel tanks, the full name is steel reinforced glass fiber double tank, is the specially designed storage tank mainly to store chemical solvents, or petroleum products. The double wall fuel tanks can be widely used in gas stations, chemicals, printing and dyeing, ink and other enterprises and units.

The  double wall fuel tanks had filled the gaps in the domestic double storage tank market compared to the current widely used single-layer iron storage tank. The double wall fuel tanks  have a clear advantage in the quality and life of a significant increase in safety, economy, environmental protection.

If the inner of double wall fuel tanks leak, the gas or detection fluid with a certain pressure in the double gap will enter the normal pressure inner tank. The pressure or liquid level in the double gap will change which will trigger the audible and visual alarm. After the fluid leaks into the double gap, the fluid will not leak out because the external tank is intact. Therefore, liquids, soil and groundwater are all safe.

If the outer of double wall fuel tanks leak, gas or detection fluid with a certain pressure in the double gap will enter the soil. Similarly, the pressure or liquid level in the double gap will change, triggering the audible and visual alarm. At this point, because the inner tank is intact, the fluid is safe; only the gas or test fluid enters the soil; therefore, the soil and groundwater are also safe.

Bangladesh customer sent double wall fuel tanks inquiry to us in May,2018. The requirement of double wall fuel tanks was 20 cubic meter. Diameter was 2.4 meters. Length was 6 meters. Bangladesh customer used the double wall fuel tanks for petrol station. After quotation, customer placed order to us.Now double wall fuel tanks finished and be delivered last week.

India Customer Showed Great Interest In Torispherical Dish

Torispherical dish, also called torispherical head and torispherical dish end, is
widely applied for storage tanks to storage liquids and gases. This kind of 
torispherical dish is usually composed of a spherical surface, a straight edge of 
a cylinder with a certain height and a transition part connecting the above two 
parts with a radius of curvature smaller than the radius of the spherical surface.

Our India customer is the heat exchanger and storage tank manufacturer, he
needed torispherical head to produce pressure vessels. Due to large size, it will 
be welded. Only one weld joint of torispherical dish is permitted as customer 
request. After multiple communications, our dished head engineer suggested 
two welding joints and designed drawing of torispherical dish.

The torispherical dish diameter is over 2000mm which will be welded and mold
pressing. Every finished dish head should be passed shape inspection and non
destructively tested to ensure high quality manufacturing process.

Non-destructive testing scope includes welding surface defect inspection, welding
surface cracks inspection , incomplete penetration and welding leakage welding
quality assurance.

RT(Radiographic Inspection) is the most basic and most widely used non-destructive
 inspection method. It uses X-rays or gamma rays to penetrate the test piece and uses
 the film as a recording device.

Malaysia Customer Placed an Vessel Head Order

Vessel Head also called tank heads is one kind head used for vessel or pressure vessel.It is a major  component of a  vessel or pressure vessel. The main role  is sealing. Vessel Head mainly used for both ends of vessel or pressure vessel.Vessel Head is to make up and down the bottom of the vessel or  pressure vessel.

In April, we got an Vessel Head inquiry from Malaysia as below:

The material of Vessel Head is one kind of cladding material,and technical request must accord with NACE MR0175/ISO15156.

NACE MR0175/ISO15156 is standard which The United States Association for Corrosion Engineering and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) publish standards.

“NACE MR0175/ISO15156 Oil and Gas Industry – Use of Materials in H2S Environments in Oil and Gas Production” is a standard for corrosion corrosion problems developed in H2S-containing oil and gas fields. It is a product of the cooperation of the world’s two major standard systems. The experience and wisdom of the industry symbolize the formation of consensus in this area around the world. It has a good reputation and practicality. The standard consists of three parts.petroleum and natural gas industrial–material for use in H2S-containing environment in oil and gas production.Part 1. General principles for selection of cracking-resistance materials. Part 2. Cracking-resistant carbon and low alloy steels, and the use of cast irons. Part 3.Cracking-resistant CRAs(corrosion-resistant alloys)and other alloys.

The scope of application of the standard: General principles, requirements and recommended methods for the assessment and selection of metallic materials in equipment for the production of oil and natural gas and desulfurization equipment in the hydrogen sulphide environment. The cracking mechanism caused by hydrogen sulfide includes: SSC SCC HIC SOHIC SZC. Appropriate selection of equipment designed and manufactured according to conventional elasticity criteria is not suitable for plastic design (eg based on strain and limit state design). Not suitable for refinery or downstream processing equipment, such as considering the need to see standard NACE MR 0103-2010

The carbon fiber autoclave creates the ideal temperature and pressure environment for the polymerization of the composite material. The carbon fiber autoclave is composed of an autoclave body and a series of subsystems. Our The composite autoclave mainly contains the following components.

1. Control System. Our carbon fiber autoclave adopts Siemens PLC computer automatic control to achieve high-precision control and real-time recording of pressure, temperature, cooling and other process parameters. The gas-electric interlocking device ensures that the tank door is closed and can be boosted, and the residual pressure in the tank is discharged. The tank door can be opened in accordance with TSG 21-2016 fixed pressure vessel safety supervision procedures and ASME safety interlock requirements for fast opening pressure vessels.
2. Heating System. The carbon fiber autoclave is made of stainless steel heating pipe, high temperature water cooling fan, air duct plate, insulation layer, temperature control system, heating power to meet the tank’s maximum temperature requirements and heating rate requirements, heating power group control, to achieve different heating rates.
