The ASME carbon fiber autoclave creates an ideal temperature and pressure environment for the polymerization of the composite material. The ASME carbon fiber autoclave is composed of an autoclave body and a series of subsystems. It mainly contains the following components.

1. Control System: adopts Siemens PLC computer automatic control to achieve high-precision control and real-time recording of pressure, temperature, cooling and other process parameters. The gas-electric interlocking device ensures that the tank door is closed and can be boosted, and the residual pressure in the tank is discharged. The tank door can be opened in accordance with TSG 21-2016 fixed pressure vessel safety supervision procedures and ASME safety interlock requirements for fast opening pressure vessels.
2. Heating System: stainless steel heating pipe, high temperature water cooling fan, air duct plate, insulation layer, temperature control system, heating power to meet the tank’s maximum temperature requirements and heating rate requirements, heating power group control, to achieve different heating rates.

Features of Autoclave For AAC Plant

①The door of autoclave for aac plant is a quick opening door structure, which is opened and closed by a manual speed reducer, and can also be opened and closed according to the user’s electric, pneumatic and hydraulic actuation.

②Equipped with a complete safety interlock protection device to minimize the risk of misuse, ensuring the safe operation of the aerated concrete autoclave and the safe production of operators.

③There are two types of opening door: side opening door and swing-up door. The side opening type adopts the rotating arm type door opening structure, the rotation is flexible, the low position operation is simple and convenient to open; the swing-up type adopts the lever type door opening mechanism, the lower end of the lever is connected with the AAC autoclave door, and the upper end is equipped with a weight device, the type is light and the AAC autoclave side is opened, take up little space.

The autoclave for AAC plant is the core equipment for the aerated brick production line. It is one of the main processes in the production of aerated bricks (vapor bricks) for the high temperature and high pressure maintenance of the bricks coming out of the brick making machine.

In the production process of the aerated bricks, the high-temperature autoclave provided by the autoclave must be ensured to make the quality of the bricks more stable.

Tank Dome Ends Processing

The tank dome ends manufacturing process can be generally divided into integral forming and split forming. The integral forming is mainly by stamping and spinning according to the processing method. The split forming generally refers to split pressing and tailor-welded forming.

1、Integral Forming

The most common preparation process for the integral forming process of large pressure vessel thick-walled heads, including stamping and spinning. In general, stamping is generally used for the standard dished heads; for medium-sized、non-standard or large diameter heads, it is preferred to use spinning.

2、Split Forming

In the manufacture of large thick-walled pressure vessel heads, the blanks are often formed by splitting and tailor-welded. The head consists of a large spherical top and a plurality of curved petals. The ball is missing and curved. The flap is first formed by cold forming, then pre-formed, and finally welded on the welded body.
