Tank Heads will be Delivered to Xinjiang Province Next Week

Tank heads (also called elliptical head or elliptical dish end) is usually made with Carbon steel, stainless steel, austenitic and non ferritic metals that can be cold worked. The shape of this tank heads is more economical, because the height of the head is just a fraction of the diameter. Its radius varies between the major and minor axis usually with the ratio is 2:1. The tank heads  is the economical solution for medium pressure tanks due to the reduced metal thickness requirement.

Our long term partner in Xinjiang province ordered six large tank heads in early March. Two tank heads with the diameter of 7.4 meters, four tank heads with the diameter of 6 meters. We manufactured these tank heads with material Q345R carbon steel plate.The Q345R carbon steel plate thickness was 30mm.Due to the larger diameter, at first we used a few pieces of Q345R carbon steel plates to weld into  large steel plates. After welding, we did ray inspection for these large steel plates. After passing the ray inspection, cutting the materials, then proceeded the forming process. Forming process was divided into hot pressing  and cold pressing. Due to the large diameter, it was impossible to do hot pressing. We used cold pressing.

Cold pressing was mainly performed with a spinning machine. After spinning,  the dished head  was tested. After passing the test, the customer asked us to spray paint.The customer requested that the surface and interior of  tank heads should  be painted with grey color. It looks very nice. Due to the larger diameter, we cut the 6 tank heads  into 12 pieces for easy transport. Delivery date is 30 days. We finished the order on time.These heads can be delivered next week.

Palm Oil Extraction Equipment Exports to Malaysia

Palm oil extraction equipment is one kind of equipment which is used for crude palm oil filtering and refining in the palm oil processing plant or palm oil mill.

We received Malaysia customer inquiry about Palm oil extraction equipment on July, 2017. Our Malaysia customer visited our factory on September, 2017. We talked some technical questions  and drawings about palm oil extraction equipment. We gave Malaysia customer new program according to Malaysia customer’s actual situation.Malaysia customer satisfied with our factory and our new program.Malaysia customer placed order at the end of October,2017.After getting order of Palm oil extraction equipment, we began to purchase steel plate and other parts, prepared to produce. At the end of January 2018, we finished Palm oil extraction equipment.

We discussed about some questions about control system of Palm oil extraction equipment with Malaysia customer in February, 2018. According to customer request, our engineer designed control system that can satisfy for customer request and  using situation.We installed Siemens PLC control system with touch display screen that can show every items situation and control every parts. PLC control system, also called Programmable Logic Controller, an electronic device designed for industrial operation and digital operation. It adopts a type of programmable memory for storing programs internally, performing logical operations, and sequencing. User-oriented commands such as control, timing, counting and arithmetic operations, and control of various types of machinery or production processes through digital or analog input/output. It is the core part of industrial control. We also installed densimeter and thermometer so that Palm oil extraction equipment can adjust and control by changes of densimeter and thermometer. The Palm oil equipment will be delivered to Malaysia Klang port on 13^th, June, 2018.

Air Tank Was Exported to Thailand

Air tank is widely used in central air conditioners, boilers, water heaters, variable frequency, constant pressure water supply equipment, buffer system pressure fluctuations, to ensure the gas system in stable condition and reduce the role of air pulsation, thereby reducing system pressure fluctuations, compression Air smoothly through the compressed air purification system, in order to fully remove oil and water impurities, reduce the subsequent oxygen-nitrogen separation device load.
