We received an inquiry from American customer on 02nd August, 2016. The American customer’s requirements were extremely strict and tedious. In the inquiry, the customer want to buy an industrial autoclave machine. The diameter is 2000mm, the length is 4000mm and the working pressure is100PA. After we quoted, the customer asked whether the length can be changed to 3500mm. Engineers began to recalculate, and made drawings. Then we re-quoted. At that time, the customer put forward a new requirement, he hoped that we could change length to 2500mm. This was a challenge to design. If the industrial autoclave with 2000mm diameter, 2500mm length, when  opening  the door, it’s easy to dump, and likely to cause security incidents.

In order to obtain the order, engineers carefully discussed the scheme, recalculated, and finally designed a new drawing. In order to facilitate transportation for customer, we installed wheels that can be loaded and unloaded in the bottom of the industrial autoclave machine. Finally customer placed an order. In the production of industrial autoclave machine, customer put forward a new requirement about the stainless steel insulation inside the door. We used best stainless steel, the surface is very bright. The customer said it was too bright. They did not like so bright stainless steel. In order to make customer satisfied, we bought new stainless steel and remade. Customer was extremely strict on painting. We often spray painting 3 times on industrial autoclave machine. Customer requested us to spray painting 6 times. Finally surface of industrial autoclave machine was very smooth and bright.

29th January. 2017,industrial autoclave machine exported to America. At the end of February the customer successfully received the goods. Customer was very satisfiedwith industrial autoclave machine, at the same time our service and quality were  very  recognized.
