Palm Oil Production Process

The typical palm oil production process as followed.

1. Pick ripe palm fruit. 

2. Palm fruit reception station. Send palm fruit from the plantation to the palm oil plant reception station .The reception station adopts steel structure and concrete structure. Saving equipment costs and construction costs. There are hydraulic control system, hydraulic door on / off automatically to achieve continuous operation. Reduce the operator, easier to operate, improve work efficiency.

3. Fermentation. The fresh brown ear (FFB) into the transport vehicle (killer car), into the cylindrical fermentation chamber to close the door, into the direct steam for high temperature short-term fermentation (kill enzyme). Steam flow through the fruit string so that all fruits by heat to kill bacteria and enzyme activity, to avoid free acid (FFA) increase, improve the quality of crude oil. This process can be automated through the automatic control system.

4. Fruit bundle separation. the sterilized brown fruit string (FFB) into the drum off the machine, through the centrifugal separator rotation, the empty fruit string and fresh brown fruit separated.

5. Crushing and pressing. The palm fruit is crushed by crushing the tank and then sent to the screw press to press the oil The pressed cake is fed into the next process.

6. Crude oil purification. After heating the crude palm oil, through the pump into the vacuum dryer to remove moisture, and finally into the oil tank storage. The precipitate is discharged into the sewage treatment channel and the solids are used for fertilizer.
